Our shipping rates are listed in a chart format within all of our game auctions. The chart includes the applicable shipping discount for multi-item orders as well. Insurance is included automatically with every item we sell. It is not broken down on the invoice. It is a flat cost; which is included in the shipping & handling rate for every item we list.

All orders are shipped the same or following business day. You will receive an automatic email notification confirming that the shipment has been sent out. Domestic orders via 1st class mail can expect to receive their item(s) in 3-8 business days depending on location. Domestic orders via priority mail can expect to receive their item(s) in 2-4 business days depending on location. We are open for business 24/7, 365 days a year. We handle all customer service related inquiries from 9 AM-4 PM E.S.T. Monday- Friday. We have a dedicated specialist available to answer your product/ordering specific questions via email on the weekends, but please keep in mind that they are not able to track packages. This is done via our office workstation, and we are not there on the weekends. All shipping/tracking related questions will be handled during the weekday.
